PACKAGING

We charge a minimum of € 15,00 for packing and handling. Cost price is charged for the packaging which is not refundable.

PRICES

The price that is valid on the delivery date is used for all sales, unless otherwise agreed. The prices are based on the currency rate on the day of offer. If the exchange rates change +/-2%, we withhold the right to change the price. All prices are VAT 0%.

We charge € 7,60 for sending invoices in paper form. If the invoice can be sent electronically, this surcharge will not be invoiced.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Terms of payment is 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed. Penal interest is 11 %. The seller is entitled to claim reasonable collection charges.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The additional cost for express delivery is charged.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

The order must have a minimum value of € 75 (including packaging cost).

FAULTY GOODS

The complaints for faulty goods has to be made within 8 working days of receiving the goods. The seller has the right to repair the faulty goods or replace it with a new one. Customer has to return the faulty goods on the seller’s request.

REFUNDS

The customer must always make a separate agreement with the seller for the terms of the refunding of the goods. The packing list or the invoice number and date must be given when asking for a refunding of the goods.

REFUNDABLE SPOOLS AND PACKAGES

We refund the spools for copper wires that are returned. The value of returned spools in good condition will be refunded. 10 % of the value will be deducted as environmental waste and handling charge. The sender pays the freight costs for the return shipment.
